| About Mothers
More and more women are moving in and out of paid employment and seek a variety of flexible work arrangements in order to care for their children as home. This fluid work pattern is known as sequencing. Mothers & More knows that in making the transition from work to home some women may experience:
Loss of identity and self-esteem
Lack of respect from family, friends, and former coworkers
Loss of financial autonomy
Guilt over not being able to "do it all"
Mothers & More is dedicated to improving the lives of mothers through support, education and advocacy. We address mothers’ needs as individuals and members of society, and promote the value of all the work mothers do.Join Today!
